It is a mistake to believe that funders will finance any type of project, anywhere in the world. They won't.
Although we will examine most cases, it's simply not possible to arrange cross border finance for every type of project. For example we cannot assist with projects where money is required to lend out to third parties (called warehousing), film finance and entertainment projects or anything connected with the arms industry.
Likewise we cannot consider any projects located in certain countries, for example West Africa, Yemen and Somalia, some CIS countries, the Philippines, North Korea.
We are always interested to consider funding
cases where products are manufactured for
in country OEM's or for export sales.
Agriculture, fish farming and food processing project
are of particular interest providing a market is
already well established for the products.
Shipping, aircraft and transportation generally.
Funding or leasing can be arranged in
acceptable cases.
Hotels and the hospitality industry and leisure and
tourism projects in many regions of world.
We specialise in energy generation including
alternative energy and bio-diesel projects in most parts of
the world, where there is a PPA in place or can be available.
Construction and real estate projects worldwide
can be considered but this is a very difficult area.
