Usually borrowers refer to 'Project Funding' when in fact they mean 'Project Finance' - there's a big difference. Either way, don't be under any illusion; arranging any type of cross border finance whether its Project Finance or Project Funding is extremely complicated and it's highly unlikely you could ever successfully make a direct loan application to a foreign funding source. You will almost certainly need guidance from a cross border Project Finance expert like MTA to help you realise your funding goal. It doesn't matter what your project is, or how much money you need, your case must be structured and packaged properly before the case can be presented to the funding source. Without that, it stands very little chance of success. Since the start of 2008 cross border debt lending by International banks has become extremely difficult to arrange for all but the very well established companies with acceptable security and strong balance sheets, but other forms of funding continue. We are especially interested in arranging EQUITY, VENTURE CAPITAL and JOINT VENTURE PARTNERS or MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS for . . . . . . . .
