PROCEDURES . . . .
We need to understand the basics of
your proposal before committing to assist you and entering into protracted
correspondence; this avoids wasting everyone's time.
We prefer you don't send us
A
FULL BUSINESS PLAN at the outset, but an executive summary of the project. If
however you do send us a full business plan, it should be accompanied by an
additional information sheet of no more that four pages containing specifically
the following information:

Your name and contact
details (full coordinates)

Are you the
Borrower or
an Introducer.

The
country where the project
is located.
-
Date the business
established? (If new business, tell us)
-
How many directors and
shareholders are there in the project.

What is the
business
sector (i.e. manufacturing, hotels and leisure, real estate, transport,
trading etc)
-
Briefly tell us
about
the project for which you need funding.
-
What
type of funding do
you want (Debt Loan, Equity Investment, JV Partner, Venture Capital,
Global Leasing etc.
-
How much money
do you need (in Euros
or US dollars )
-
Over what
period of
time do you need the finance (Term of Loan).
-
How much money will the directors
contribute.
-
What is the
Loan percentage of the
project.
-
When is funding
required (what's your critical time frame).
-
What the money will be
used for (explain proposed use of funds).
-
Explain how will you
repay the loan principal and interest.
-
Do you have a
business plan, in English.
-
Do you have
sufficient funds to process your application?
-
Anything
else that you consider important.
When we receive the details above, our team
will analyse your project and can usually respond within two or three
days. We will then provide specific documentation relating to your
project.
