MTA International Finance is a long established private partnership of experienced project funding professionals. We are based in the United Kingdom and since 2008 have a director permanently located in our office in South Asia to provide services to our clients in the Middle East and all of Asia including China.

 

We have developed closeworking relationships with our direct clients, introducers and other funding professionals around the world over many years.

Our mission is to find a solution to genuine and credible project finance cases within those countries where we operate. It must be understood that for commercial, financial and legal reasons it is not possible to arrange finance or investment in many countries of the world.

 

Arranging any type of cross border debt (bank) finance has always been extremely difficult to achieve but since since the onset of the turmoil in world financial markets in 2007/8, it's now it's even more difficult and in most cases, completely impossible to arrange. That would not necessarily be the case with a multi national client or similar very large well established borrower with assets available to securitise in the lender's country.

 

In addition to debt fianance, MTA has always concentrate on those alternative funding sources that have to some extent been less effected by the credit crunch over the past two or three years, for example . . . . . . . . . .

(b)    PRIVATE EQUITY/VENTURE CAPITAL.

Many borrowers make a serious by not engaging the right professionalservices at an early enough stage of planning. Any consultant will not do; it must be one with extensive international finance experience and that understands exactly how international finance works.

Finding an International lender, investor or partner is completely different to arranging investment in your home country. MTA has an extensive data base of lending and investor sources throughout the world.

We can present your case to a recognised, regulated and highly visible source of funding in London, mainland Europe, Middle East and Asia.

We do not promote financial instruments nor spurious funding 'programmes' and do not claim to be associated with ssecretive offshore banks.
